The mission of the Wellness Center is "to assist older adults in achieving their highest levels of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being."

We serve older adults, 55 years of age and older, and their caregivers in Collin County and surrounding areas. We are based in the Sam Johnson Recreation Center, Plano, Texas. We also provide services (preventative medical care, counseling, caregiver support) at various locations across the county and in senior / community centers where seniors live and gather for activities.

Our work and passion are to assist older adults in healthy and independent living, allowing seniors to age in place gracefully.
